Hyun has assumed various local and global roles in Johnson & Johnson (J&J) including her most recent role as head of the Leadership Lab, Singapore - a place of innovation, research and dialogue, which was the core of how J&J builds leaders and collective leadership capacity to shape the future of health.  She has designed, developed and executed various talent development programmes across the region, that have been adopted by other regions. An avid facilitator and coach in various platforms, she is a proud graduate of the ASCEND program (APAC cohort) and has been a facilitator for this programme since 2022.
