He draws on over 25 years of global experience with executives, leadership teams and organisations in transition. David's focus is on personal leadership development, relational leadership and inclusive leadership. He is particularly skilled at working with the complex, relational aspects of leadership effectiveness and team change: promoting collaborative thinking, harvesting multiple perspectives, overcoming immunity to change, leveraging diversity and applying mindfulness.
