Jo has worked in the leadership development space for over 20 years. She offers support to the LdW team via customer relations, procurement processes and programme management. Inspired by Maya Angelou’s quote “I’ve learnt that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”, Jo tries to live her life each day with this in mind.
