This unique breadth of leadership experience is the foundation for her current focus on executive coaching and customised leadership development. Rosemary’s groundbreaking work at John & Johnson (J&J) - around fostering diversity at board level, with an emphasis on retaining women leaders, - was honoured with the Worldwide Chairman’s award for leadership. In 2006, J&J asked Rosemary to lead the diversity strategy for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a role that led to the creation of the highly successful Ascend Women’s Leadership Programme, and the start of her collaboration with Liz de Wet Leadership Development.
